Information you share

When you request a quote or book a complimentary phone consultation, we collect the name, email address, telephone number, event details and appointment information you choose to provide. We also process limited technical information to protect the forms from misuse.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to your request, prepare tailored quotes, reserve phone consultations, and manage event planning and customer service. We do not ask for payment card details through this website.

Where information is stored

The website uses third party hosting, database and media providers to operate. Booking and inquiry details are stored with access controls. We retain relevant records as reasonably needed for customer service, recordkeeping and operational purposes.

Your choices

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, email thesiptheory.cart@gmail.com. We will review your request and respond as appropriate. Links to Google Calendar and Instagram are optional and may be subject to those services' separate privacy terms.

Inquiries & appointment bookings

• Sending an inquiry requests a quote; it does not secure an event date.
• Booking a 15 minute consultation reserves a phone appointment, not an event service date.
• Consultations are complimentary. Your event date and package are confirmed separately after receiving a written quote and accepting booking terms.
• Quoted event prices may vary according to guest count, travel, duration and personalization. A deposit is typically required to secure an event.
